Over the past few years, several ECO churches have begun sister-church partnership in Egypt. Why Egypt? How is the church growing? And how can we be a part of it? Join us for this special weekend to learn more about Egypt, what it means for our church family, and how we get engage more fully with our call to be witnesses.

Our lectures on Friday and Saturday will be interactive and engaging messages, incorporating stories and testimonies, and Middle Eastern worship, all on our theme of Witness.SATURDAY: 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall
“Experience Egypt.” Join us for this family-friendly event in the Fellowship Hall. This event is way to interact tangibly with Egyptian culture. We’ll have various stations such as singing Arabic songs and learning folk dances, preparing traditional Turkish coffee and food, and making crafts of Egyptian symbols and figures.SATURDAY EVENING: 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Fellowship Hall
Join us for a traditional Egyptian dinner at 5:30 p.m., then stick around for Tharwat’s message at 7:00 p.m. Our lectures on Friday and Saturday will be interactive and engaging messages, incorporating stories and testimonies, and Middle Eastern worship, all on our theme of Witness. In the Sanctuary, Tharwat will preach in all 3 service , and LJ will interview Rev. Jen Haddox, Global Engagement Director ECO. In the Fellowship Hall, we’ll have our interactive Experience Egypt exhibit up for everyone to visit and engage with. We’ll also be hosting our Student MInistry Dessert Auction there so you can practically support missions here amongst our congregation by bidding on some baked goods to help the students’ summer mission efforts.SUNDAY: 12:30 p.m. Room 101
Lunch with Jen Haddox from ECO. We’ll discuss the state of global engagement within our denomination, particularly this specific model we’re pioneering of a denomination adopting a particular country together.SUNDAY EVENING: 7:00 p.m
