We will be holding a congregational meeting on November 13 at 12:15 p.m. in the Sanctuary for the purpose of:
Electing governing and parish elders, deacons, and trustees;
Approving changes in call (salary increases) for Corey Widmer, Ed Satterfield, and Rick Hutton;
Electing the nominating committee for 2023, and
To hear an update to the Renew and Regency projects.
The meeting will be held immediately following the 11:00 a.m. service in the Sanctuary. We will live stream the meeting so that those who cannot attend can observe the meeting but voting will only be available to those present in-person at the meeting. Over the past two years, we have made exceptions due to the risks of the pandemic, but as we have returned to our regular gathering rhythms, we are also returning to our standard voting practice.
In preparation of the meeting, we ask that you do the following:
Review the incoming officers up for election.
Be prepared to vote!
